Paul and Amy are a husband and wife team who seek to improve lives in the Phoenix valley by improving the place where people spend most of their quality time: HOME!
They also aim to build a company based on the old apprenticeship model where employees are taught the craft of remodeling well. We want to know the details of the areas of your house where we do our work, which means we need to be personally involved on site, getting our hands dirty at nearly every stage of the process. We look forward to working with you.
Paul entered the construction field shortly after graduating high school in the late 1990s. He framed houses for five years beginning in 1999. He began with tract homes but quickly moved to framing custom homes. He began doing remodels in 2004 and worked as an Assistant Project Manager and later as a Project Manager until 2009 when he joined the Army. Paul began working in a custom woodshop in 2014 where he made custom furniture while he completed his bachelors degree. He reentered the remodel industry in 2018 as a Working Foreman/Lead Carpenter. Paul received his General Contracting License with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors in July of 2023 and PandA HomeCraft began its first bathroom in September, 2023. Paul is ready to bring his vast experience and qualified Subcontractor team to bear in your home remodel.
Amy is the Office Manager for PandA HomeCraft. She also helps Paul in the field whenever possible. Amy began working as a legal assistant in 2003, shortly after earning her bachelors degree from ASU. She has proven herself to be steady and true, having worked primarily for two firms over the course of her 20+ year career. While her administrative experience is significant, her interest in homes has always been there and is stoked by her daily interactions with Paul.
